retreat and Travel requirements

Have proof of travel insurance. It is required that all participants purchase their own trip insurance.

All participants must have proof of Covid 19 vaccination + boosters, and be willing to take a Covid test prior to travel. All participants must agree to hand wash/sanitize and wear masks during all legs of travel to the ranch.

MUST have a working phone w/ international phone plan, must work on CELLULAR, not wifi only, this is for smooth pick up/drop off logistics

Understand that cell signal at the ranch is extremely intermittent and can not be relied upon for your writing practice.

We will provide 2 pick ups from Guadalajara, and 2 drop off runs at the end of the retreat. Transportation outside official pickups and drop offs are your responsibility

Understand that if the COVID-19 situation changes, we may have to update requirements and workshop plans.
